Rory F. Stern, PsyD, GCEC

Founder and CEO

Creativity is the lifeblood from which Rory draws upon his passion and energy. From very early on, Rory always found challenge and opportunity when others saw problems and roadblocks. He has quickly been able to identify creative solutions for success, both personally and professionally. As a graduate student, intern, and coach, Rory was struck by the overwhelming response of clinicians who reported more difficulties and frustrations than successes and enjoyment. Furthermore, he was determined to help others in a rapidly changing field when salaries are typically slow to rise and student loan payments and cost of practice are fairly high.

Rory received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. During his academic studies, he also completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. His core value is the understanding that psychology provides a unique lens into understanding behavior, motivation, and human interaction. He believes that no person can be understood without fully understanding and being aware of their environment.
